Wanting to use my new herb blend, I decided to make a Lemon Herb Chicken dish for dinner at a friend’s house.
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 6 Chicken Thighs
- 3 cloves of garlic, diced
- 1 Orange, Squeezed and pulp thrown in
- 3 Lemons, squeezed and pulp thrown in
- Herb Blend (Rosemary, Oregano, Sage & Thyme) or dried Italian Herbs
Oil the bottom of a large baking pan, add chicken and cover in diced garlic, herbs, juice and pieces of citrus pulp. Bake for approximately 30 minutes until chicken is done completely.
