Making the most of my homemade sauce, I decided making a bbq oven roast beef.
I purchased the 3-4 lb roast beef and brought the meat to room temperature by leaving in a pyrex for about an hour. This allows the meat to cook evenly, inside and out.
Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, chopped garlic and your barbecue sauce.
Bake in oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees, check on it and basting it with it’s bbq sauce marinade. Slice the beef into very thin slices. Transfer to a platter and serve sauce.
