Simple Sautéed Chicken Breast and Green Beans
- 2 chicken breasts cut into 1″ pieces
- 3 pats of butter
- 3 tablespoons of water
- salt and pepper
- 1 can of green beans or freshly cooked beans
- Optional: Onions
Add butter to pan, melt down and add water. You can add onions for additional flavor. Add chicken breasts, flipping every few minutes to cook throughout for about 10 minutes. Add green beans and cook for another 8-10 minutes until done. Serve over rice.
