To make the Lobster Won Tons, I used:
- 1-2 cups lobster meat (use what you have)
- 16 Won Ton Wrappers
- Cooked Ginger and onion (in soy and oil), small amount
- Green onions, diced
Mix Lobster Meat with diced cooked ginger and onions and green onions. Place a small amount in a won ton wrapper. The only way I know to roll and keep tight is to fold over and pinch the two ends together.
Add won tons to a medium high skillet with enough oil to fry but not submerge the won tons is preferred. Serve with spicy soy sauce made from a little more cooked ginger and onion with soy sauce and maybe sriracha. YUM.
