I had some large oysters and decided to cook them. I placed them whole (unchecked) inside a baking pan and cooked at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until they all popped open. Let cool for 5 minutes before touching the shells, they are hot!
Pull back the shell and cut the oyster away from the shell. Leave oyster in half shell and add toppings. You can add champagne sauce, barbecue sauce, hot sauce or pico de gallo like pictured above.
